WHAT IS OLD GRINGO'S SAMPLE SALE RETURN POLICY?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES AND A SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED UPON DELIVERY/RECEIPT OF PRODUCTS.
PRODUCTS ON THIS SITE ARE SAMPLES THAT HAVE BEEN USED IN PHOTOSHOOTS AND TRAVELED TO TRADESHOWS AND MARKETS. OUR PRODUCT HAS INHERITED VARIATIONS AND MARKINGS (I.E. INCLUDING BIT NOT LIMITED TO MISSING STUDS, CRYTALS, ETC) DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE MATERIALS AND LEATHERS.
DUE TO PROCESSING ORDERS WILL BE DONE IN FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS - MULTIPLE ORDERS WILL BE PROCESSED SEPARATELY AND CANNOT BE COMBINED
Order Processing
Your orders will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 12 PM CST on Friday or on the weekends will not be processed until Monday. Once the order has been shipped, please note that we are unable to cancel or modify it.
Domestic Shipping
UPS Ground Shipping depends on the package weight and shipping address. You can estimate shipping and taxes in your shopping cart before check out.
We do not ship to a P.O Box and need a physical street address for all orders.
Ground Shipping usually takes 2-7 business days for delivery. Deliveries occur only on weekdays and no weekend delivery option is available at this time. Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00 noon (PST).

International Shipping
We offer International Shipping via UPS Worldwide Express, except for Japan & China. The cost will depend on the weight and the destination Country.

Please note that Old Gringo is not responsible for any customs, duties or taxes applicable on international shipments. We are also not responsible for any loss or damages caused when shipping internationally. It will be the responsibility of the purchaser to pay for any custom, duties and/or taxes on all international orders, the rates for which are subject to the item bought and the policy governing imports in your home country. All international purchases are final.
